I. RMA Procedures

Before returning the products to ACTICA,
customers must obtain a valid RMA(Return Merchandise
Authorization) number by submitting the RMA form with proof
of purchase through our website or by fax. Upon ACTICA’s
acceptance and approval, we will promptly provide the
feedback to you within 24 hours through email
notification. After a valid RMA# is issued, please
return the products within 14 days.

Please send the products with freight
prepaid to ACTICA using a shipping company that can
demonstrate proof of delivery such as FedEx or UPS. ACTICA
does not accept responsibility for any lost shipments unless
proof of delivery to ACTICA is provided.

Products shipped back to ACTICA must be
properly packaged to prevent damage in transit and a valid
RMA number must be prominently displayed on the outside of
your package. Otherwise, the package will be returned to you
unopened.

ACTICA will not accept any products that
have been damaged as a result of accident, abuse, misuse, or
any unauthorized disassemble, repair or modification.

Upon receipt of the defective products,
ACTICA will, at its discretion, either repair or replace the
products within 3 business days.

II. Warranty Policies

ACTICA provides lifetime limited warranty
service for all of our memory sold to our customers with
ACTICA’s valid invoice

Modification to or tampering with any
ACTICA product shall immediately void the applicable
warranty.

No product sold by ACTICA is authorized for
use as critical components in life support devices or
systems.

In no event shall ACTICA’s liability exceed
the purchase price of the defective product. We shall
not be liable in the event that the products or any defect
therein cause any damage to or failure of other equipment.
The foregoing limitation of liability shall not apply to the
extent that it is illegal or unenforceable under applicable
law.

ACTICA will not be liable to the purchaser
or any third party for any consequential, indirect or
incidental damages, including but not limited to loss of
profits, loss of business investment, loss of goodwill,
and/or interference with business relationships
